Terms & Conditions

Cancellation - All regular bookings must be cancelled 48hrs prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charge of first night stay. The booking deposit which is taken at the time of booking is non-refundable. Cancellations can only be implemented by phoning and emailing Lawlor's Hotel Naas directly. You should save the cancellation confirmation number you receive.

Rates - All rates quoted are subject to availability and change.

Debit Card Check - All bookings are subject to a €1 charge to confirm the booking, this will be immediately voided. If the card is not valid the booking will be cancelled.

Credit Card Check – All bookings are subject to a €1 pre-authorisation to confirm the booking. If the card is not valid the booking will be cancelled. A valid Credit Card is Required on check in matching the name of the guest checking in.

I.D: A valid I.D is required on check in to Lawlor's of Naas, forms of I.D accepted are as follows: Full Driving Licence, Passport Card, Passport (Passports must be in date).

Lawlor's of Naas shall not be responsible for any loss or damage which you may suffer arising out of events beyond its control or the control of its suppliers (including, without limitation, fire, failure of electrical, gas or other power supplies, strikes, industrial action, terrorist activity, technical problems with transport, illness of entertainers and bad weather), nor for any curtailment, cancellation or change to any accommodation, activity or itinerary or any other consequences which arise as a result of such events.
